Close to Rainbow and Silver Springs in Central Florida 15 minutes), approximately 20 minutes to Downtown Ocala, 45 minutes to Gainesville and about 2 hours to Disney. Central location to the state, you could even make a day trip to Tampa, or head over to Disney or Universal Studios for the day (~90 minutes from each).
