「The apartment was perfect! Clean, well equipped, good neighborhood, but the hostess was the best part! She was delightful and so gracious and welcoming! We would definitely stay here again! 」

「We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. 「Room was clean. No personal contact with property manager or owner. Just electronic instructions. Wifi was terrible. Slow and several disconnects. 」

「Checking in was difficult as the owner couldn't speak any English. Using Google translate to get by. The room was very basic, a sink, fridge, stove top and extractor fan, kettle. Big bed, the mattress was 2 singles and a little too soft for our liking. Bathroom was ok, but yet again dated. Shower cubicle was small and you had to hold the shower with your hand as it didn't fit anywhere, Very nice old wooden floor and Aircon unit. All in all ok for a night before heading home from the near by...

「Lovely property, very spacious and nice bathroom. Very walkable to old town but just outside so very quiet. Warning that it is a 5 floor walk up with no elevator and the “free parking” is not a guaranteed space. The parking lot at the building was full when I arrived and very tight spaces but I was able to easily find free street parking a block away. Responsive and friendly host!」

「Great property, perfect for a getaway with a bigger group of friends or family. Make sure you contact the property with check-in times before arrival, I didn't see the note that the property owner isn't on-site. But the owner was responsive and we got in faster than some hotel concierge lines I've been in.」
