Great place for kids. The apartment was spacious, however extremely hot and we had to request fans. Also there was a strange smell from the sink. The amenities are nice with the pool and saunas, kids playroom. We thought the dinner was quite limited and overpriced (35 euros a person for a buffet). The breakfast buffet was good. The location of the facility was great.

Sehr nette Unterkunft mit etwas verschachteltem Aufbau. Schöne Lage, man merkt die Mühe zum Detail! Hatten ein superior Zimmer in Haus 4, das war tadellos! 2 Hinweise: 1. bei Buchungen mit Kindern muss man zwingend drauf achten, dass Kinder ab 4 Jahren 35€/Tag zahlen 2. Frühstücksbuffet ab 9:30 Uhr etwas ausgedünnt, besser früher kommen Ansonsten könnte die Sauna etwas wärmer sein, musste 5 Kellen drauf gießen dann ging’s ;-)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hallenbad und Wellnessbereich sehr gut. Vor allem der große Whirlpool ist für Kinder genial. Das Restaurant im Komplex ist sehr gut, nur sollte im besten Fall reserviert werden.

Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern und Hunde. Zimmer soweit ok ein bisschen klein. Allerdings ohne Klima Anlage nicht zu empfehlen im Sommer. Wir hatten Südseite und ab 10 Uhr war es im Zimmer nicht mehr auszuhalten (Woche mit sehr hohen Temperaturen) sind leider früher abgereist. Frühstück ist ok - aber viel zu teuer für das gebotene.

Schöner Aufenthalt. Abzug weil Ameisen im Zimmer

Unser Zimmer war günstig renoviert, was aber in Ordnung war. Allgemein war der Aufenthalt OK. Großen Punkteabzug gibt es bei vielen Ameisen im Zimmer. Erst nach der 3. Beschwerde wurde mit Ameisenködern reagiert, besser wurde es dann aber nicht.

Schönes Ressort, perfekt geeignet für Familien mit Kindern und Hund. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, zu Fuss nach Oberstaufen bzw. dem Bahnhof ca. 15-20 Minuten. Schönes Schwimmbad, verschiedene Angebote für Kinder (In- und Outdoor) sowie freundliches Personal. Es gibt nur ein Restaurant Vor-Ort, was uns nicht überzeugt hat. Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Positiv überrascht. Besser geht's nicht!!War allein mit Kind da(33,Kind 7)💯Personal Super nett. Direkter Anschluss->viele Familien mit Kids da. Habe zuerst überlegt, ob wirklich ins Mondi - >recht teuer die Nacht. Haben es nicht bereut. 💯ZIMMER:super sauber und alles da (Ausstattung Küche) was wir brauchten (außer kaffeepulver und Zucker) Super modernes Doppelzimmer, neu renoviert Terrasse, war positiv überrascht. Parkplatz direkt vor Terrasse. Einfach Klasse. 💯Brötchenservice über die App. Preis super. Pünktlich 7.30 lagen die Brötchen vor der Türe. Tipp: Butter, Milch nicht vergessen. Zur Not kann Butter, Honig... über Brötchenservice bestellt werden.Besser geht's nicht.Zimmer Etwas hellhörig, vorallem am Morgen! Wenn man selbst Kids hat sollte das nicht stören.💯Poolanlage im Mondi super,💯Entspannt. 💯Kinderprogramm einfach genial. Konnte meine kleine unkompliziert über die App anmelden. Tolle Programme. Jeden Tag was neues. Kind in guten Händen. Personal Kinderbetreuung bestens.💯 Oberstaufen Card top. Ein klarer Pluspunkt. Da zahlt man gern fürs Zimmer etwas mehr. Hatten 4 Tage und an jedem Tag einen Ausflug geplant. Es hat sich gelohnt. Preislich einiges gespart (Eintritt Aquaria, Hündle, Sommerrodelbahn) Tipp : in Ferien würden wir nur noch an schönen Tagen ins Aquaria. Einziger Regentag der Woche "ausgenutzt "und direkt bereut->Chaotische Zustände Im Aquaria,bereits vormittags. Fazit: Familienurlaub Oberstaufen->💯nur noch im Mondi!!

Wir waren im großen und ganzen zufrieden. Was aber gar nicht ging, waren die Matratzen auf dem Schlafsofa und die Tür zum abgetrennten Schlafzimmer, die man definitiv nicht leise schließen konnte.

Gesamteindruck mondi-resort Oberstaufen

Die Möbel sind leider in die Jahre gekommen, die Couch und die Stühle waren durch gesessen, die Betten waren allerdings sehr bequem, das Hallenbad war sehr modern und sauber! :) Leider ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in dieser Anlage insgesamt nicht stimmig, für den Betrag, den wir für 4 Nächte gezahlt haben, hätte man sich ein paar "neuere" Möbel, einen größeren Fernseher... erwarten können :) trotz allem, alles in einem eine schöne Hotelanlage

praktisches Hotel in Oberstaufen

Angenehmes Hotel in Oberstaufen. Schnelles Checkin und gute Erklärung zu den einzelnen Komplexen auf dem Hotel Areal. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber, jedoch im älteren Semester. Werden wieder in dieses Hotel kommen, da die Anbindungen an die Wanderwege super sind.

Nicht für Menschen mit Handycap, nicht sauber

Wir sind abends angereist und haben in der Pizzeria im Haus gegessen. In der Pizzeria war die Toilette verschlossen, man solle zum Hotel herübergehen wenn man mal muss. Dort sind die Toiletten im Keller, ohne Aufzug. Meine Partnerin hat ein Handycap und kann kaum Treppen steigen. Also, auf ins Zimmer. Wir waren im Haus 3, mit vermutlich der längsten Treppe aller Häuser zur Eingangstür. Auch wieder kaum geeignet für Menschen mit Handycap. Umso erstaunlicher ist, dass es eine ganze Batterie an Behindertenparkplätzen vor den Häusern hat, die auch alle fleissig belegt waren – alles von Leuten ohne Berechtigung. Das Zimmer war gemütlich. Allerdings mit Schmutz in den Ecken, Haaren im Bad und im Bett. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich mir es echt überlegen, noch einmal zu buchen.
