The Konstanzer Ach flows through the heart of the Konstanz Valley, connecting the Great and Small Alpsees with the Iller River. The possibilities for excursions and activities in the surrounding area are virtually limitless.

This beautiful apartment features 5 rooms, each lovingly furnished. The large sunroom on the first floor opens onto the garden with a small terrace. Adjacent to it is the large living room with a sofa area, TV, and separate dining table. The traditional country-style kitchen, equipped with a fridge-freezer, ceramic cooktop, microwave, etc., also features a corner bench with seating and a kitchen table. The lower level also features a guest restroom. Via the spiral staircase or the main stairwell, you can reach the first floor, which features a balcony converted into a sunroom and another balcony with a mountain view, as well as a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. There you’ll also find a bedroom with a box-spring bed, as well as another combined living room/bedroom with a single bed and a double bed, and access to the balcony. A garage with a roll-up door and remote control is also at your disposal. The house has a special charm thanks to the many hand-painted pictures and accessories.
