"I made the reservation in the afternoon of the date I wanted to stay. Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). "Rezeption nach 17 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt. Die Zimmerkarte erhält man nach Umherirren im Hotel durch eine Servicekraft. Hier wäre eine Info dazu am Empfang wünschenswert gewesen. Der Wellnessbereich ist soweit i.O. Rotlichtkabinen jedoch weiterhin außer Betrieb. Im Ruhebereich Deckenabdeckung aus Stoff durch Wasserschaden beschädigt. Sitzpolster verschmutzt. Den muffigen schlechten Geruch kann ich nur bestätigen. Die Auslegeware auf dem Gang scheint sehr in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Im Zimmer...
