「スタッフがプロフェッショナルと感じました。地の利もよく観光の拠点に最適です。枕元にusbなど設備のアップデートもなされています。」

「We can’t sing enough praises for the how friendly welcoming and helpful the staff is at this hotel, and the overall design and layout of the property was great, I was worried about parking and it was excellent. The location for taking a quick bus just outside of hotel was super convenient to get to Seceda . The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and the staff were great. Best hotel of our trip.」

「Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer...

「酷暑の中、エアコン完備で救われました。設備、清潔感、ロケーション、サービスなどすべての面で満足でした。」

「We stayed in Dolomitii for skiing for 7 days, three days in Hotel Foresta and four days in the mountains. The owner and his family members were all kind and friendly, and the foods were very delicious, especially the mountain cheese, ham, and salami. We enjoyed them every morning and every evening with good wine. We shall never forget their kind hospitality.」

「The bread is good 」
