The accommodation “Gästezimmer Beim Posthalter” is located in Oberammergau and offers a beautiful view of the Alps. The 90 m² accommodation consists of 2 guest rooms, each with a double bed. There is also a bathroom, a living room and a lounge with access to the private balcony. WiFi and a TV are also available. The accommodation therefore offers space for 2 - 4 people. Please note that the guest rooms cannot be heated.

Public transport links are located within walking distance.

After enjoying a meal at the restaurants and exploring shops, catch a captivating show at Passion Theatre and then rent a bike to explore the scenic Ammergau Alps Nature Park. Don't miss out on the fantastic hiking opportunities in this breathtaking area!

The city location was a delight. The lodging is very old with countless steps. If I had known we would be lodging on the third floor with no elevator I would have chosen a different place. We were traveling with my 90 year old mother. Communication with the host was difficult when we arrived. We could not connect with her on the phone number provided. Later on she was a delight to visit with.

Our family appreciated the unique layout of this historical property, especially the wonderful front balcony over the downtown. Beds were comfortable and we could walk to many restaurants and bakeries. Hosts were very friendly and offered little extras like waters, juices and beer from the family brewery.
