「Great motel for an overnight stay. Very friendly staff, clean and newly renovated rooms. Was on the ground floor and at night it was quite loud from other guests. Could hear the people above me and outside my door arguing. There was also a musky smell and no windows to open. But other than that, it was pretty good for a motel. Loved the free parking. Would recommend!」

「Towels were smelling 」

「Nice family hotel. 」

「1. The TV does not work. The screen displays a message saying there is no signal. This is a basic amenity that should work in a hotel. 2. The staff are extremely slow and inefficient. There was a long queue at check-in, and the process took far too long. The staff clearly need to improve their efficiency and customer service. 3. The air conditioner is unbearably noisy. It was so loud that I could not sleep properly. A hotel room should provide a comfortable environment for guests to rest, but...
