"This was my absolute worst hotels.com experience hands down. The room was so dirty that I tried to cancel my reservation, a first ever. And I’ve stayed in some funky places but this takes the cake. The furniture had crusty stains like 3-D stains, the remote control was covered in some kind of sticky goo, sheets stained, burn holes in the blanket, bathroom was a nightmare. Room ok, service ok, breakfast ok - but the ethic/spice smell/odour in the reception area and the breakfast area, was very strong that it made me very uncomfortable. I wish they can open the front door or get rid of the odour - then I would give this place 4 - 5 stars. As mentioned - it's not fancy, the price the location, the service were acceptable - just the smell."
