Me and my boyfriend enjoyed and loved our stay for a weekend getaway. I wanted to recognize "Mucha" on the service desk. Her customer service skills is just superb. She was professional and friendly at the same time. We will be back for sure.

Best Western Plus Grosvenor Airport Hotel
Two major problems: the room smelled like cigarette smoking had happened in it very recently; the shuttle didn’t come and we had to Uber to get to the airport on time. There were three others who did the same. I stayed at the Best Western for the convenience of the shuttle so am very disappointed ...
