Upon entering the gate you will walk through a paved path to your patio. A beautiful white pergola covers the area and is surrounded by greenery. This peaceful serenity is where you will spend most of your time when you're home.

As you slide open the glass door, you will see your bed immediately on your right. This doubles as a couch while relaxing and watching tv. Under the TV is a pull down desk to work on while you're on the couch. The desk closes up to provide you space to pullout a twin trundle and connect to existing bed and turn it into a King size bed.

Right next to the bed is a dedicated workstation that doubles as a private dining area.

Walk through to the Kitchen area to find a 2 burner induction stove. Induction pots can be found in the cupboard under the stove. Utensils are in the drawer under the stove. Full size refrigerator and microwave is located directly next to the desk.

Pass the kitchen, there is a barn door. Slide open the door to enjoy a brand new bathroom. Full size shower to the right and plenty of storage. You will find all necessary supplies for your trip.

There are ring doorbell cameras at the gate entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the gate.
