This tastefully and uniquely decorated historical architectural gem in charming Alameda island can host up to 14 people. This spacious 2700+ sqft single family house has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a spa, private theater with surround sound, IG fireplace, green reading room, antique swing daybed, kids playroom, foosball, golf putting, deck, backyard, grill and office!

Take a ferry with sea view to San Francisco. Board a real aircraft carrier at the USS Hornet Museum. Enjoy liquor tasting on the Distillery Row. Soak up the sun on Alameda Beach. Visit the largest antiques show in Northern California. Stroll or ride a bike to view the famous Victorian houses around.

Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 have a queen bed each. Bedroom 4 has two full beds. Bedroom 5 and 6, designed for kids, has a queen bed each. Kitchen is well equipped. There are free driveway and street parking. Has WiFi, washer and dryer.

This house is close to Lincoln Park in Alameda. It's about 10 mins from Oakland International Airport and 1.6 miles to Fruitvale BART Station. Nearest Transbay buses are line O, OX and W by AC Transit.

Backyard jacuzzi is not for use.

Thank you Cecelia for accommodating myself and my family last minute! She communicated quickly and on time, and provided all the pertinent information we needed for a smooth check-in and stay. The home was comfortable, cozy, and clean with plenty of linens and towels on hand. The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable (the mattresses were AMAZING). The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful property. There were 9 people in our group, and we were more than comfortable. The house is spacious and well furnished. Everything we needed was provided by the owner. Our favorite part was the backyard. It really added to the overall experience.

Charming house in a great location

We loved this home for our family gathering on Alameda! The house is a lovely architectural gem walking distance to a park, near the beach and excellent access to all the Bay Area has to offer. The manager was very helpful on check in, our kids loved the special playroom and TV lounge area and the hot tub was much appreciated . Great memories!

Beautiful Location in Alameda, Ca

We had 7 adults and 3 children ages 1, 4 & 7 years. All of us were comfortable, had plenty of space, and location was perfect for us. Kids room upstairs was a real plus for the kids, also fooseball table downstairs. Plenty of room to eat together. Lots of windows and light in all rooms.

Beautiful, lovely house is a great neighborhood of Alameda. The house was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in Alameda in the future!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was spacious and worked well for our party of 9 -- adults and children. Location is fantastic -- a short walk to restaurants and shops. It's a quiet and lovely neighborhood. Heads-up, though, if you wish to prepare meals, the kitchen equipment and pots and pans are not great. Also, there was a lack of kitchen supples (at least we couldn't find them) such as : dishwasher pods; clean sponges; more than one dish towel; tissue; trash bags. We were able to purchase these supplies, but it would have felt a little more hospitable to be well-stocked for our visit. Thanks -- I would definitely stay again and plan accordingly:-)

Great spot in Alameda!

The house is in the perfect location for exploring Alameda! Plenty of space for mulitple families, with a lovely outdoor area. Comfortable and easy to access - great communication from the host. Would recommend for a family / group stay in the area.

Pretty craftsman features, safe neighborhood

The home was spacious for our family, care was taken with the decoration and furniture/style. The swing bed outside was a great way to relax! The neighborhood is safe and quiet…I was able to sleep with the screen windows open. My only recommendation would be to switch some of the Full size to Queen beds for a more comfortable stay.

Lovely house, best for adults

We stayed here for a multi-day work trip that we extended through the weekend for fun with our 4 young kids and nanny. The house is spacious and beautiful and in a location easily drivable to lots of Alameda and east bay activities. It was large enough for our 7 person family and the small playroom on the 2nd floor is darling. It was reasonably stocked with basics like towels and dishes. There were no plastic cups or dishes for small kids, which was less than ideal for our young troops. Each person has different taste in mattresses - we found all the mattresses here extremely hard and uncomfortable. And it would be helpful if the owner provided check in/check out instructions on vrbo, so we know in advance how to access the property and how to leave the property at the end of the stay (basics like where to put used linens, whether to start the dishwasher on our way out, where to put recycling and compost, etc). Overall our stay was good. Thanks!

Well cared for home in quite neighborhood. Tons of space and ideal for a family with children. Cozy nooks everywhere. Host is attentive and communicates very well. Highly recommend for those wanting a central Bay stay.
