"The room was in terrible condition. We did not feel comfortable staying there. The surrounding area did not feel safe. The bathroom ceiling had a big hole in it.
Can’t believe that the charge for the room was $350+. We really wish we could get a refund. We did not stay there. Spent a total of 10 minutes in the room. Please don’t rent this room to anyone else. Do not recommend! "

"We were given a room with a view of the parking lot and a busy road. A room that should only be assigned in an extreme emergency or used for groups or teams that are young and don’t know better. Also, at a significantly reduced rate. We were so tired from traveling and felt like we had to beg for another room. We did get another room but a big dog barked a lot in the room next door. The room was pretty in the garden area and the dog people checked out on the second day. This was not our first stay and it was great on our last trip.
On the plus side, the room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. It is in a convenient location. We visit Eugene for a few days at least once per year, we will try another hotel on the next visit.
We spent a lot expecting a lot and were disappointed overall."
"Room was nice and clean inside. I liked the large screen TV, and the bed was comfy. Only deducted a star because part of the reason I booked the creek side room was to sit on the balcony and enjoy the “View”. However, the balcony was not maintained - dirty, spider webs everywhere and the creek actually looked like stagnant water that was murky. The trees were nice and a family of ducks hanging out did get my attention. Also, there was a funny smell in the building hallways. Breakfast was a good spread, but the two times I went it was busy and some of the items were empty needing refilled."
"Although this is just a motel, it is an absolutely outstanding one! The room we stayed in was both beautiful and spotless, featuring a retro-style refrigerator with a microwave placed right on top. The wooden ceiling design created a warm and cozy atmosphere. The motel has clearly put a great deal of thought into the details of the rooms—from the shower handles and showerheads to the sink faucets, all the fixtures share a consistent retro aesthetic. Breakfast was a true highlight of our stay!! They offer not only cereals and oatmeal, but more options like sausage, bacon, and scrambled eggs. There was a wide variety of breads to choose from, and they also had a waffle maker. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast experience here. Additionally, complimentary popcorn is available for guests in the lobby around the clock. The staff members were also incredibly friendly and helpful.
The only downside was the A/C, which was quite noisy when running. We actually would have preferred to sleep without the AC on, as the noise was genuinely a bit disruptive. However, as soon as we turned it off, the room temperature would rise quickly—or perhaps it was simply that the duvet was a bit too thick, causing us to feel uncomfortably stuffy. Consequently, we had no choice but to sleep with the AC running, which made for a slightly less comfortable night's rest."
