Filthy
The rug and furniture had stains. Not just one or two, but stains all over. There was food in the couch cushions and on the floor but the WORSE were the beds. There were blood stains on the mattress cover and pillows and the blankets were DISGUSTING. It could have been very nice but they really need to clean better!

Issues but could be awesome!
Emailed when booked to find out Covid protocol. Answer was CDC guidelines for cleanliness. Checked in, food on master bedroom floor, used Kleenex too. We disinfected everything. No starter pack of paper products or dish soap, so be aware. No working ice maker. Some lights no work. Power went out ( no storm, but not mngr fault). No ability to call to report other than after hours mngr call. Next morning discovered fridge was out. Called and texted mngr. They brought ice and coolers but we had some ruined food. They said they would have man in to repair; could not repair during entire stay. Forgot to give us ice one night. Should have gotten us a loaner or a mini fridge the first day. We did get dinner certificates and a partial refund, but really should have been addressed better. Overall, property could be better. Walls throughout in serious need of painting and cleaning. Carpets should be deep cleaned and floors were not clean. No broom available. Towels were basic...shower liner was cloth and allowed water everywhere when showering. I will say kitchen was furnished great. Sofa and chairs could do with a steam clean. No hose downstairs to rinse off beach stuff. So sad this property had issues- could be a great place with some attention.

Nice vacation
For the most part it was great. The house could have been cleaner, walls throughout could use a wet cloth wiping them down and the ceiling in the 1/2 bath appears to be moldy. A/C filter needed to be replaced in order to get the house cooled down. Otherwise it was spacious and comfortable. 1 mile to the closest open beach access (closer one closed post hurricane). Quiet street and nice partial water view. We would rent again. Thanks

Wish I could be more positive
location was good - easy driving access to beach and local stores. lovely neighborhood for walking and biking with bay access. House was overall comfortable for four adults. house is right next door to a parking lot that serves a public boar ramp so lots of traffic especially in early morning and late afternoon. The property was not cleaned well before our arrival. The house was minimally clean inside, though I had to clean the floor to get rid of scraps of food, candy, crumbs left from previous tenant, and we had to rewash some dishes. Outside there was a huge pile of garbage (2 overflowing bins) from previous tenants that did not get picked up for three days. One garbage bag had ruptured and rotten food was strewn across the driveway and in the seating area under the house. We weren't able to use that space during our stay due to rotting food, insects and animals - no cleaning equipment provided for us to clean up the mess. Yuck! I called the rental company three times over the first three days but they were unresponsive even when I talked to a real person on the phone. If I were the owner of this property, I would be embarrassed by the service being provided by the rental agent and cleaning service. We will avoid this rental agent in the future, and probably won't return to this house.

Beach vacation
We had a great time and enjoyed the place, we were very comfortable and it was decorated so nicely, I would suggest a bigger tv in the master bedroom

Fantastic house that has wonderful peaceful views from the front porch areas of the inner coastal waters. Short drive to beaches & stores
