And of course, for those who need it, high-speed internet is included.

We loved this place. Check-in was easy, and the location was great. The sunsets are beautiful every night, and you can kick back on the porch for the whole show. It's also a nice walk to the Point to see the sunset but not too far. The house was clean and well-stocked. There were clean linens and towels provided for each room. The kitchen has everything you need (except a pizza cutter - found that out the hard way lol) to fix and serve meals. We had an issue with the wi-fi, and they sent someone out immediately to fix it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I know it's probably a sign of the times, but there was no cable, only the option to sign in to your individual streaming accounts. I like to watch the local news and weather, so that was kind of a bummer but nothing I couldn't live without. One of the best things is the pictures of the family that owns the house and the memories they've made. Overall, the house was wonderful. We had some very loud and obnoxious neighbors for the first few days, but once they left it was the peaceful beach vacation we'd been looking forward to! We would definitely return!

Pros and cons

Pros: We enjoyed the house and well stocked kitchen. We loved having our morning coffee on the porch each morning. The ocean is very soothing. We had 10 family members who shared rooms with space left over. The beach is nice and the kids enjoyed the ocean. Cons: The kitchen drawers were loose and the coffee maker had to be unplugged to turn it off. We had quite a bit of trouble with the oven and stove top. The oven did not heat properly and we had to have 2 burners on for one to work. We reported this and 2 different repair men came. One had the same trouble we did and the next said everything was working. The general opinion was that there is a wiring problem. We used the crockpot microwave and griddle provided the rest of the week.

Family Trip

Wonderful location right on the beach. We had 16 people in our group and we didn't feel over crowded. Wonderful Ocean side porch. We felt safe through our stay and felt comfortable walking the beach alone during early morning. The property is an older property and does need a major deep cleaning. We felt safe. I would recommend this property.
