Open and comfortable living room with cathedral ceiling, Dining seats 8, plus a large, Fully equipped kitchen, Granite countertops and stainless kitchen appliances, Breakfast bar with 4 stools, Hardwood floors, Tile baths with granite countertops, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Cable TV, WIFI, Covered front porch, Screened back porch with extra seating for dining, enclosed outside shower, wireless internet and more. Located within easy walking distance to Ocean Crest Pier. Linens included in weekly and less than 7 day stays only. 4 night minimum rates available in Value and Resort seasons. The house was nice but the cleaners lack a lot in cleaning. the glass table and doors were awful, the floor had dirt/sand. the Wi-Fi would not pick up our laptops and iPad and would have to be booted to pick up phones. The kitchen was not fully stocked no muffin pans, no pizza cutters or pizza pans.....i could go on and on.

Our stay at Oak Island was very enjoyable. It was our first time staying on Oak Island so it took us a while to explore the area. There were a few surprises........no handicappred parking at the public beach access and only paid parking. We had one handicapped family member who found even the short walk to the beach difficult. The beach house is on the newer side with an exceptionally spacious kitchen and living room exactly as pictured in the photos. While there was no mention of a screened porch in the VRBO description, it was a pleasant surprise. However, there was absolutely no chairs or furniture there to enjoy it. We had to bring our beach chairs up a double flight of stairs each day to enjoy the porch in the evening. The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of dresser and closet space. The Master bathroom is very oversized with lots of vanity and storage space. Also lots of room to park vehicles and a boat, if you have one.

The home was in great shape even though Hurricane Ian passed through the day before. Only concern we had was the keys for the doors were finicky. Overall, the property was as advertised. I would rent again and definitely tell friends about this rental.

The house was very nice and location was great. The only thing I would suggest is better amenities ex… trash bags, dishwasher detergent, wine opener, toilet paper and paper towels. Also dishcloth and dish towels. Have always had those things when renting a VRBO.

The house is in a great location. Just two minutes to the beach. House was amazing with great outside space.
