オーク ヒルズ プレイス ホテル

「Front desk personnel were first class」

「Everything was great room, staff, breakfast and good location」

「一定レベルでの清潔さはあるものの、きれいとまでは言えない。全体的に建物、室内設備などの老朽化は否めない。室内のエアコン設備や水回り、家具などは古く、同レベルの周辺ホテルとの差があるように感じる。」

「Everything was great, it appears that the property has been updated as I have stayed here in the past but it has been a while since I have stayed. The breakfast was good and the evening kick back was great.」

「Great location, comfortable bed & pillows, spacious room, welcoming staff」

「Good」

「The rooms were clean and everything was operational. The location is great many eateries within 5 minutes. Breakfast was continental mostly breads cereals and fruit. The hotel is however somewhat dated. Staff was helpful and available.」

「Run down , horrible breakfast. “Eggs” did not taste like eggs, felt like I was eating some chemicals.」

「Property was beautiful and relaxing. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable, but cold. Had to put heater on to balance the temperature out. Needs grip bars in shower though. The Property needs more accessible signs out front for directional purposes, like from the main Hwy. That new circle has everyone confused. I saw several cars backing up and making u-turns. There are NO street signs!!! After finally getting there safely, we loved it!!!! Just enjoyed the ambiance, restaurants and listening to...

「The elevator did not work. My refrigerator door was broken. It did not dispense any ice. I had to go next-door to get ice from the other hotel. That’s pretty much it. The elevator was the big thing for me. That was it. last thing I did they do need to like reglaze them tubes so it’s not so much rust.」

「There was a sharp smell and dripping water under the sink.」
