Perfect location by the pier! Rida at the front desk was amazing! The room was large and so comfortable; everything was spotless! Had a wonderful time and will definitely go back!!

Location is good. Hotel decor is very tired and needs updating. Room was very hot and had to sleep with aircon on which was not very effective and was incredibly noisy. Pillows were lumpy so overall I had a terrible night's sleep. Breakfast selection not great either.

Nice hotel, however sitting having breakfast when half a bucket of water fell from The first floor balcony (presumably from the cleaner cleaning) all over me and the floor. When i told the staff, they couldn't have given less of a damn - dont sit under the awning unless you want another shower

Perfect stay on Lake Geneva

Terrific stay right on Lake Geneva with perfect views of the lake from our balcony. Very clean, spacious room with AC. Literally perfect stay, exactly what we were looking for at reasonable price right on the lake.

Nyon is a lovely place to visit

Love this city and the area. The hotel is nice and staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking is odd around the city, but in lots near the water or a big underground garage a few blocks away should be good.

I loved it that this hotel was situated right at the lake. The ferry to Ivoire is right across from the hotel. The breakfast buffet is good and the service is nice as well. The rooms are very quiet, even if there’s noise outside. it is also conveniently located because you can walk to the hotel from the train station.

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the hospitality of the nice folks here. Spacious room with high end Neux amenities nice treat. Take the steamboat directly to Yvorie easily here.

This was a classy, quiet hotel in a beautiful location across the street from Lac LeMan. Service was outstanding and the room/bed was comfortable. Would come again.

Very nice hotel excellently situated for walking around the town. The restaurant is excellent. Only criticism is that our room was minuscule and the Wi-Fi service in the bedroom was very poor.

Staff was incredible…especially Dominik, the front desk chief. Beautiful hotel that’s nearly 500 years old, yet the team has breathed modern amenities into it in a wonderful way. I will stay here on all future trips to Zug!

This is a very traditional and well kept hotel. The staff was accommodating; the night clerk printed our boarding passes. There is no parking service, fortunately I found a spot in the public lot across the street. Probably would have been a problem in high season. The breakfast service was included, and was a real plus.
