"The Hotel Rival is truly a Stockholm gem. Our family of six loved this hotel and are still raving about it now that we're back home. I had great communication with the staff before our arrival about getting to the hotel from the airport, which was much appreciated. We arrived a little groggy after our eight-hour flight and the Hotel Rival staff couldn't have been kinder and more accommodating. Even though we were several hours before the official check-in, they were able to secure our three rooms, giving us a chance for a quick nap before we began touring wonderful Stockholm. The entire property is beautiful and the rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfasts, which are included, were absolutely delicious. There's a lovely park across the street and we were able to walk to just about every place we wanted to visit. we hated to leave, but the staff also helped us secure a large taxi for our return to the airport. Can't say enough about the Hotel Rival. One of our favorite European hotels ever! Thank you"

"Excellent hotel! We had an apartment to include a small kitchenette which was very helpful and not usual. We don't go to restaurants for every meal, so the ability to keep some groceries and eat a small meal in our room was a very big plus. I believe, but am not sure, that this kitchenette feature was standard throughout the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was located in a VERY nice, quiet area that is just outside Stockholm. Features such as restaurants, grocery stores, cafes and many other types of stores were in easy walking distance. Also within walking distance were many public transportation stops for the EXCELLENT public transportation, making access to all parts of Stockholm simple and efficient. My wife had read some reviews that were critical of the breakfast buffet. We are not sure why, unless it was from some people that are used to lavish gourmet type breakfasts. We have found their breakfast to be among the best we have seen in similar hotels, and we have seen quite many. No place is perfect, so we can only list a couple of very very small criticisms. The after hours checkin can be confusing. I often sat in the lobby at night to find people stuck outside, unable to check in. Read the emails and communication from the hotel and follow the directions the best that you can. Perhaps the hotel can streamline/simplify it a little. The Duvets were a bit narrow for two. When we come back to Stockholm, it will be to this hotel!"

"We had an amazing stay at Hotel at Six!!! We were on the 12th floor, facing the square and slept so well (totally quiet). The check in was a breeze. Our beds were very comfortable the lovely bathroom was big enough! I was traveling with two teens and we all loved the breakfasts buffets. It has a wide variety of drinks, coffees and constantly replenished food options. We had 3 mornings there and never felt bored of the buffet. We liked the gym as it had great cardio and weights machines. Plus it had fresh towels, water and an espresso machine. We also used the sauna in the locker room and felt it was great. Just needs time to heat up!"

"Me and my cousin stayed with Quality Hotel and really enjoyed it. Beds were soooo comfy, room was clean, full air-con. The SHOWER. Holy gods. It was euphoric. Water pressure and temp are UNREAL. Soul left my body. The bistro had lovely food as well. Room reasonably priced. Definitely staying with Quality Hotel again next time we're in Stockholm!"
