House with lake plot and own jetty on Skansholmen outside Nyköping | SE14018

Outside Nyköping is Skansholmen. The house is located on a small island, you can get here in 2 minutes by rowing boat which is included from the mainland. You can park your car on the mainland at no extra cost.
Cozy cottage right next to the lake. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people. Living room for cozy evenings. A smart TV is available for connection to your own network as the cottage does not have any Wifi. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also an extra bed and a cot which is included. Bathroom with separate toilet and shower.
Two lovely terraces. One with a roof where you have a view of the Baltic Sea and one on the front of the house where you can enjoy the afternoon/evening sun with lovely sunsets. Large plot for playing and ball games. There is also a playhouse for the children with toys.

From the house it is about 20 m down to your own beach and jetty.

Things to see and do on Skansholmen and in the surrounding area

If you want to take a boat trip, there are life jackets to borrow for both adults and children. You can fish from your own jetty at the cottage. There are plenty of pike to catch. Or why not take a short swim. The bottom is a bit muddy here, but there are other nice swimming spots within a few km.
The house is located close to forests and nature on the mainland and there is the opportunity to pick mushrooms and berries.

If you want to get to Nyköping, it is about 9 km by car. In the harbor there is both a restaurant and a café with an ice cream buffet. Some evenings there are musical performances and there is also a mini golf course. There are many fine castles to visit and several beautiful nature reserves nearby. Take the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful Sörmland nature. An excursion to Nyköping's house is recommended if you are interested in history. You can also take a day trip to Stockholm if you want a lot of shopping and entertainment.
