About this property

Idyllic lakeside location, luxury furnishings - sauna, boat, canoe, WLAN, 3 bedrooms.

  • The house was built in 2005 and has approx. 130 m² living space. It is created according to the latest Swedish technology with thermoblock panel walls (solid block wood panels made of Nordic pine and high insulation), in a generous open design and has a high standard of furnishing.
    The heating consists of a fireplace and electric radiators.
    The house is suitable for 6 people.

    On the ground floor you will find:

    a spacious living room with an open ceiling / gallery to the attic.
    The inviting ambience with a fireplace, a corner sofa set (with integrated sleeping facilities) and a small audio system invite you to relax.

    The dining room with 6 seats (8 seats possible) seduces with a view of the lake.

    The open fitted kitchen in a combination of natural birch wood and aluminum-colored electrical elements is integrated in the living room and contains the complete cooking equipment with generous crockery and cutlery.

    In addition to a sauna with shower, a utility room with washer / dryer, a guest toilet with toilet and. The sink is followed by a large bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 cm and a built-in wardrobe.

    The house is framed on the west and south sides by a large terrace with a lake view.

    The top floor offers an open gallery on the gallery with a sofa bed / armchair and a desk and satellite TV

Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit fantastischem Blick auf den See Mosjön. Ende Mai/ Juni geht die Sonne direkt gegenüber unter. Ausstattung war wie beschrieben. Kurzer Fußweg zum Badesteg und Bootssteg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ca. 30 Autominuten.

Wir waren als Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern angereist und fanden alles vor, was wir brauchten und noch viel mehr als das. Der unverbaute, herrliche Blick auf den See und das knisternde Kaminfeuer waren Genuss pur. Wir hatten viel Platz,schliefen gut in den Betten und verbrachten eine wunderbare Zeit in dem großen, hellen und geschmackvollen Haus. Wir bedanken uns bei unserem Gastgeber, der uns ausführlich und immer zeitnah beriet.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus! Es ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick auf den See ist klasse. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war auch sehr nett und durch die sorgfältigen Anleitungen waren wir über alles im Haus bestens informiert. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen. Das bleibt definitiv auf unserer Favoritenliste.

Ein schönes großes Ferienhaus mitten in der Natur, sehr gute Ausstattung, so dass man sich im und am Objekt sehr, sehr wohl fühlen kann. Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, und vor allem haben wir uns über die integrierten Fliegenschutzgitter in den Fenstern gefreut. Das Haus war genau so, wie in dem Inserat beschrieben. Der Badesteg ist relativ neu, sehr groß, zusätzlich befindet sich in ca. 50 Metern Entfernung eine Badeinsel im See, die zum Schwimmen und Sonnenbaden oft genutzt wurde. Außerdem hat unser Auto einen überdachten Stellplatz gehabt, der Geräteschuppen hat unsere Fahrräder aufgenommen und den Fahrradträger und die Dachbox lieben sich wunderbar ebenfalls dort verstauen. Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht.

Fijne omgeving, uitstekend verblijf

Het huis ligt in de bossen en goed afgelegen. Het is uitstekend verzorgt en van alle gemakken voorzien.Alles nodigt uit buiten actief te zijn en te genieten van de natuur. Dat er fietsen, een boot en een kano zijn helpt daarbij. Ik denk wel dat de wifi in de prijs inbegrepen mag zijn, gezien er inderdaad geen tot nauwelijks bereik van internet via 3/4/5G is.

Ruhe und Idylle mitten im Wald und Blick auf dem Mosjön

Wir haben eine wahnsinnig entspannte Woche im Haus verbracht. Die Ruhe und der direkte Blick auf den See sind fantastisch, insbesondere mit Sauna und Kamin lässt es sich im Winter super erholen! Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt nichts vermissen. Die Lage ist perfekt für kleinere Waldspaziergänge aber auch Wanderungen in der Umgebung jederzeit möglich. Wir kommen sicher wieder wenn sich die Möglichkeit erhibz.

Eine erholsame Woche in der schwedischen Idylle

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal Gäste in diesem Ferienhaus. Auch diesmal fanden wir alles in einem absoluten Top - Zustand vor. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Diesmal konnten wir auch die Außenanlage sehr gut nutzen, da wir auch passendes sommerliches Wetter hatten. Der Garten ist sehr gut gepflegt und gleichzeitig ist ein Teil naturbelassen. Wir hatten fast jeden Morgen einen Hasen auf der Wiese, der uns beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse Gesellschaft geleistet hatte :-) Unser kleiner Sohn (2 Jahre alt) war ebenfalls sehr begeistert und wollte am liebsten (genau wie wir) gar nicht wieder weg. Dieses Haus würden wir jederzeit weiter empfehlen!

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir durften zwei wunderschöne Wochen am Mosjön verbringen in einem unbeschreiblich schönen Haus! Das Haus ist nicht nur top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und extrem gepflegt. Sondern auch liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich in jedem Raum wie auch im ganzen Aussenbereich einfach nur Wohl! Traumhafte Aussicht dank bester Lage und absolute Ruhe. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfekte Unterkunft am See

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, in dem man sich direkt wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und sehr hochwertig. Der Ausblick auf den See begeistert jeden Tag aufs Neue. Der See lädt zum Baden und Befahren mit den zum Haus gehörenden Booten ein. In den umliegenden Wäldern ließen sich ohne Ende Blaubeeren pflücken.
