26年ぶりに再訪しました。 コロナ禍のため、普段考えられないお得な料金で利用させていただきました。 変わらず圧巻の美しいロビー天井画、整えられた広々としたガーデンが素敵。 ラグーンプールアクセスがとても良かった。 無料のデイユースがとてもありがたく、チェックアウト日もゆっくり過ごすことができました。 レストランはひとつしかオープンしていませんでした。 味は美味しかったですが、メニュー数の少なさ、値段設定の高さ(コロナ禍の外部のレストラン比)が少々残念でした。

2年前に続き2回目の訪問。スタッフの方が、いつも笑顔で気持ちよく挨拶してくれます。覚えてくれていて、おかえりなさい、と、最初からとてもあたてかく迎えてくれて感激しました。 今回も娘の誕生日にあわせてきたのですが、Happy Birthdayの歌を歌いながらケーキをサービスしていただきました。相変わらずホスピタリティはステキでした。 2年たって、ちょっとレストランの朝ごはんやメニューが変わっていて、選べるものが少なくなっていたような気がしました。が、プールやビーチのチェアで、メニュー表があってり呼ぶためのブザー?がおいてあったり、ホテルで過ごすのに利便性はあがっていたと思います。

We are elated to hear that your overall stay was pleasant! However, we regret to hear that the humidity level has affected your stay in the room. Humidity level in Bali is very high, sometimes reaching 95%. Considering the hotel's location at the beach, sometimes the climate seems unbearable and the air feels somehow wet. In rooms, we do our best to make guest's stay comfortable. We change the linens daily and the towels twice a day, and working air conditioner significantly dries the air. If you switch off air conditioner and open a balcony door, the room will have the same humidity level as it is outside. Therefore, we recommend our guests to keep air conditioner on all the time. At the same time, we have taken a good note of your feedback about the floor and bed in the room and will forward it to the concerned department for further follow up. LEVELラグーンアクセスに7泊しました。部屋から直接プールを利用したかったのでラグーンアクセスを予約しましたが、案内された1120号室は日陰が多くプールの水温がビックリするくらい冷たくて、部屋前のプールがる用出来ない!メインのプールは人が多すぎだしチェアーの空きも無い!なのでLEVEL専用のプールを利用してました。しかしここも早く確保しないとチェアーが無くなります。それに部屋からが遠い・・・!毎日ホテルの中もよく歩きました(トホホ)ホテルの周りには何も無いので毎晩バリコレまで歩かなければならず、膝腰の悪い初老夫婦のはしんどかったです。ルームサービスもお高めです・・・。利用する部屋によって朝食やプールまでの距離が遠くなります。LEVELにして良かったのは専用プールと朝食会場を使えたことかな・・・ラウンジやカクテルタイムは一度しか行かなかった。ビーチ沿いのアイスクリームは美味しい!是非食べてみて下さい。日本人のスタッフやカウンターがあるからなのか、日本人が多かったです。大陸の人はあんまり見かけなかった気がする・・・。ビーチロードのメリアバリを出て直ぐにあるワルン数件は衛生面が気になる方やデリケートの方はやめた方が良いかも・・・バリ腹に成りました。

We regretted to learn that we did not impress you with our room. In regards of the humidity, its level in Bali is very high, sometimes reaching 95%. Considering the hotel's location at the beach, sometimes the climate seems unbearable and the air feels somehow wet. In rooms, we do our best to make guest's stay comfortable. We change the linens daily and the towels twice a day, and working air conditioner significantly dries the air. If you switch off air conditioner and open a balcony door, the room will have the same humidity level as it is outside. Therefore, we recommend our guests to keep air conditioner on all the time. チェックイン時の対応が早く、説明も丁寧。 雨季でしたが、ホテル内にレストランがあるので最悪出かけなくても大丈夫。 部屋は広く清潔。静かです。 敷地が広く、外出時は苦労するかな?と思いましたがフロント近くでタクシー利用の旨を伝えると即座に手配してくれます。 近くでも大丈夫!一律の料金システムです。 車での出入り時は厳重なセキュリティチェックが有るので安心です。 空港までは高速を使えばかなり近く、私の場合、安全運転で15分で到着。 プールやビーチも近く広く綺麗なので家族での利用も最高です。

ビーチはすぐ。フリーのプールも雰囲気良し。敷地内の雰囲気も南国に来たって感じで良し。部屋からアクセスできるプールはゆっくり好きな時間に入れてプライベート的に良いと思います。レストランもそれぞれ雰囲気良いが高い。高級リゾート地だから止む無しかな。ホテル内にコンビニ的なものはないのでバリコレクションにて買うのも良し。バリコレクションまで徒歩5〜7分くらい。ビーチ沿いにそれぞれのホテルのプライベートビーチが続いているので散歩に良し。日本語の話せるスタッフが数名いるが専用電話に掛けても出るというわけではないので英語が話せない場合は翻訳アプリで対応すれば何とかなるでしょう。スタッフの対応は良いと思います。時々停電するけどバリだからしょうがない。トイレにはトイレットペーパー流せます。 時期的なのか欧米人のfamily多数。中国系、韓国系はいなかった。この時は日本人もいなかった。
