Staff were friendly and helpful even down to the kitchen Eggs Benny to our room for Sunday, mother's day breakfast as the restaurant booked out.
Do note some sites say lift available to upper floors. Not so. Only 2 levels anyway but if you need accessible entry, Bok ground floor rooms.
