The Space:

Mornings unfold with coffee in the open air, while afternoons invite you between the pool and the nearby shoreline. As evening settles, warm air and the distant surf create a calm, easygoing atmosphere along the Riviera Nayarit coastline.



Sleeping arrangements

This condo accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and 2 beds. The bedroom provides a restful setting with bed linens, clothing storage, hangers, and a safe. A mosquito net adds comfort for coastal evenings. For families, thoughtful touches include a crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, high chair, baby bath, and changing table, along with board games and children’s bikes.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
