Not as Advertised
Property is on an isolated Island with 10 other people to care for this property. We have to go to this Island when the tide is high and if you miss the high tide you will have to wait another 4 to 6 hours for the next high tide like we did. This was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation but there was nothing relaxing about it.We informed our driver and the house staff about our late arrival but when we finally got to this house, it was so hot that we were all sitting and sweating. The AC was weak at best. The WIFI was also weak and kept disconnecting every 10 minutes. There was no phone connection so we were not able to make any calls. The electric was run by solar power and with the lights and the AC running this caused the electric to dim every 15 minutes. The bathroom was not clean and the light kept shutting off. The kitchen sink and stove was not clean. The refrigerator is a mini frig. There were small ants around the kitchen, on our bed and other flying things on the walls. That night there was a large thunderstorm and the roof started to leak and water came leaking under the front door and onto the livingroom floor. We have had enough of this so called Villa. We booked for 4 nights and could only stay in these conditions for 1 night. The host Nichole Florece and the property manager Gina were very understanding about this situation. Nichole was gracious enough to give us a refund for the extra add-ons not used already. I will ask VRBO for a refund for the 3 nig
