Flat was not cleaned and rubbish not taken away. 4. Unable to gain access on day of arrival as nobody on duty despite being notified of late arrival. 5. TV was only connected on last day. 6. Some lights not working and were not fixed."

Upon arrival, I was first given the wrong room, which had a broken shower and exposed electrical cables something that felt extremely unsafe. The bed was in very poor condition, with an unpleasant smell, and the towels provided were old and worn out. Loud music played until 4:30 a.m., making it impossible to sleep.
