Just despite my reservation was "pay in the property" they wanted me to pay for at least one night 2 days before check in which is something I did not experience before and literally the reservation is not ""pay at property"""

"Only a 10 minute walk into the main shopping street. A few nice little bars right near the hotel and a lovely traditional Serbian restaurant 5 mins down the hill. Hotel room was really good, clean and comfortable for our needs. "

"The staff were, without exception, very professional and extremely helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. English was kindly spoken by most which made us feel very welcome. The hotel is very well designed, well kept and very well placed for the now free public transport - buses and trams which are available for travel into and around the city. "We arrived at the hotel. The lady on the reception was very nice and welcoming with good local knowledge etc. Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a very good large selection of food. Just outside the hotel was a bus stop that was convenient to get to Republic square and the local shops. We was here for the Serbia v England football match. Overall I really liked this hotel with its friendly staff and would definitely stay here again if in the area "
