    This beautiful modern villa is located in Novigrad, which is just 20 minutes drive from Zadar and just 5 minutes away from beautiful beach. This villa is blessed with a sweeping panoramic view and that is one of the things that makes this home so special. It is located on a hill overlooking the town and is surrounded by pine trees that provide complete privacy.



    Villa consists of 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen, dining area, terrace and swimming pool (8*2.5m). Interior is furnished in a modern luxurious way. For fun you have billiards and for those active there is a gym. Outside besides the pool you can also enjoy in your private hacienda surrounded by plants and flowers.



    If you are a passionate about sports, cultural events, concerts, parties for children or  night life, a small fishing town Novigrad guarantees plenty of fun and unforgettable events.

    Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 23 or under.
