A super-comfortable 160x200 mattress guarantees a restful sleep. Adjust the lighting to your preference with darkening curtains during the day and set the perfect nighttime ambiance with decorative LED lighting. For remote workers seeking a tranquil workspace, our built-in drawing table within the closet can be easily pulled out when needed. Stay connected with super-fast and reliable internet designed to support your productivity. We've also provided ample storage space, night lamps on both sides of the bed, and convenient plug-ins to ensure your every need is met for a memorable stay.

LIVING ROOM:
Step into our expansive and airy living room, where you'll instantly experience a sense of relaxation and spaciousness. This contemporary yet cozy space radiates an eclectic charm, reminiscent of a stylish magazine feature. Gaze out the windows for a captivating view of the historic baroque architecture enveloping the old town and fortress, creating a picturesque backdrop to your stay. We've also provided an air purifier to enhance your experience. We've gone above and beyond to ensure your culinary needs are met during both short and extended stays in our well-equipped kitchen. You'll find top-notch appliances, including a built-in dishwasher, oven, electric cooktop, cooking hood, microwave and a fridge with a freezer. We've even added a water filter for your convenience. Abundant cupboard space is available to keep everything organized. We've thought of every detail, providing an electric kettle and a range of kitchenware, including wine glasses. For your ease, we've stocked some essential cooking supplies such as sunflower oil, salt, tea, coffee, and dishwashing liquid. Stay comfortable while cooking with the strategically placed air-conditioning unit above the dining table, which also serves as a convenient workspace.

SECOND BEDROOM / KIDS ROOM:
Welcome to the second bedroom, thoughtfully designed with your little ones in mind. This inviting space features two comfortable single beds and a roomy wardrobe, perfect for accommodating couples, friends, or relatives. However, it's specially tailored for children, offering a delightful array of toys suitable for both genders, a trampoline for active play, and ample room to let their imaginations run wild. Upon request, we can even provide a wooden baby crib complete with a high-quality mattress, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep for your littlest travelers. Your kids' comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities.

BATHROOM:
Welcome to our vibrant yet elegantly designed bathroom, where functionality meets style. This well-appointed space features a separate shower area enclosed by a sleek glass panel (only on the side to the toilet), ensuring convenience and privacy. A modern sink, complete with a storage cabinet underneath, is accompanied by a well-lit bathroom mirror. For your convenience, you'll find two electrical outlets conveniently located on the wall next to the sink. Additionally, our bathroom is equipped with effective ventilation and excellent heating to keep you comfortable even during the winter months.

LAUNDRY:
Within this closet-like area, you'll discover the convenience of an integrated washer and dryer, making laundry tasks a breeze. We've also provided a handy laundry basket for your convenience, along with a selection of cleaning products to ensure your stay is as comfortable and effortless as possible.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment and the parking area.

Other things to note
Prepare for an elevated stay at our apartment! We've taken it up a notch with water and air filters, plus a robust A/C unit that swiftly cools the entire space. During the autumn and winter months, our powerful heating ensures a snug and inviting retreat from the cold.

We offer a free parking spot in the secure backyard of the building, sparing you the stress of hunting for a parking space. The parking area is fenced and can only be accessed through a gated entry, ensuring extra protection for your vehicle.

Please note that our apartment is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator available. While the staircase is gentle and unobtrusive, it may pose a challenge for some individuals.
Also, please be aware that the windows overlook the main street, which can be busy at certain times of the day. This may result in urban noise that could disturb guests who are not accustomed to it.
