One of our favorite hotels!

One of our favorite hotels! Reception is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable (great beds), fantastic pool area and the food in the restaurant is great! My wife and love staying here when we visit Nova Petrópolis.

Excellent Hotel

We had an amazing experience here! Reception was incredibly friendly! Our room was fantastic, we enjoyed the pool so much, the bed was very comfortable and the bartenders were so kind with me. My wife and I will definitely be returning as soon as possible. We love Nova Petrópolis and this will be our preferred housing now!

One of our favorite hotels!

This is a favorite hotel in Nova Petropolis for my wife and I. Comfortable rooms, with large comfortable bed. Balconies are nice. Neighborhood is safe and great to walk downtown. Heated indoor pool for use in any season. And the restaurant is fantastic! Quality food with amaing taste! I love their risoto! ** Only negative is their internet. It is terrible. It constantly drops. I work remote and it is difficult to have meeetings online there.

Generally a very happy experience; service, pool, breakfast, all very good. We live in Brazil, and so this is almost always our "go to" place when staying in Nova Petropolis. If I had to complain about anything, it would br the crappy TV system; seems to be just receivable digital broadcasts over the air, no satellite or cable system, minimal channels with often lousy reception But, I guess, since we're not there principally to watch TV, it's not the end of the world. Still, though, a small demerit on an otherwise wonderful stay.

Hotel was quite empty during our stay, so we were surprised at not getting a standard room with at least a nicer view (rather than the opposite wall / windows of other rooms)...Hot water took f-o-r-e-v-e-r to come thru faucets....Other than that, breakfast was very good as always, pool was nice, staff was friendly....Again, only shortcoming this time around was the room.

This is the third time we've stayed at this hotel over the last year or so....Always a nice time, and this time able to use the pool since Covid is over (more or less).....Nova Petropolis is a nice little walkable city with something usually happening at the town plaza / park (Christmas festivities, market, etc)...

Nice hotel w/ awesome breakfast, but I had no view

Excellently located at the center part of the city. The hotel is very clean and serves wonderful breakfast. Comfortable room and nice beds. The only thing I didn't like is my window, which only has a view to the windows of the opposite rooms.

Um bom lugar para ficar em Nova Petrópolis

Hotel localizado na região central de Nova Petrópolis, com fácil acesso ao centro a pé. O hotel é luxuoso; tem quartos espaçosos, novos, muito bons e bem cuidados. Também oferece bicicletas, o que é excelente para visitar os arredores, dado que a área próxima é toda plana. O estacionamento é amplo e coberto. A equipe de funcionários é muito prestativa. O único ponto em que o hotel poderia melhorar é o café da manhã, que poderia ter mais opções.
