"WiFi did not work- it gave an error message that the room number and name did not match. I called the front desk the name and room number were on the system correctly. They just said this happens sometimes and I wouldn’t be able to have WiFi."

"When I walked in the room the tv was turned on and on mute. The bedside table lamp was not working I checked the plug and it never came on, that is an inconvenience for someone that needs that light. The shower head is very old the water pipe the shower head was attached to was wobbly. The associate when I checked in gave horrible directions to my room and the way the rooms are numbered makes no sense. I walked down several hallways until I finally found my room. I carried my heavy bags all over that place and I didn’t appreciate it. Unless it’s one of the only options left I don’t intend to stay here again."

"The room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. The doors were heavy and slammed shut which was a bit disruptive when trying to sleep. There were three luggage carts and two were triangular in shape and too small to be useful. It would be worth it for the hotel to buy larger more standard sized luggage carts. We saw one large ant crawling on the floor right near the door. A maid happened to walk by when I saw it (we were just entering the room). She was very nice and offered to come back and spray the area which I declined as we have asthma. She also offered to switch our room. We stayed but didn't see any more ants. The bathroom had a large waterfall showerhead but no bathtub. The lighting at the sink basin was too dim and the area around the sink had limited space on which to place toiletries. The check-in clerk was very nice, efficient and friendly. The check-out clerk this morning was scrolling on his phone and didn't look up or acknowledge me until a few minutes after I'd arrived. Overall I'd give this hotel a 3.5 out of 5."
