Villa Carolina is a beautiful villa with pool situated close to Noto, a Humanity Heritage declared by UNESCO, known as "the capital of Sicilian baroque".
Inside, the interiors are welcoming and warm. This villa features a rustic kitchen with wood-fired oven and a laundry room with washing machine. Outside, there are large terraces and a private swimming pool. Villa Carolina is perfect to visit the baroque towns of Noto Valley, such as Syracuse, Ortigia, Modica, Ragusa etc. and to reach Tellaro, Marzamemi and nature reserves like the one of Casagrande or Vendicari.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
