About this property
Restored cottage with views over Vendicari
- The property offers views of the sea, the Vendicari Nature Reserve, and the Pantani wetlands, where pink flamingos and numerous bird species inhabit the waters. The house is a detached villa created by the restoration of an old rural ruin, surrounded by a young almond grove and Mediterranean scrub.
The renovation has preserved the building’s authentic character, enriching it with elegant finishes and refined furnishings. Every detail has been carefully considered to offer a stay where beauty and comfort coexist with the authenticity of the location.
The outdoor spaces include the cultivated almond grove and the garden, designed to blend seamlessly with the Mediterranean scrub surrounding the property. It is an ideal place for those seeking peace and direct contact with Sicilian nature.
The Vendicari Nature Reserve and the Pantani marshes form the natural backdrop to this corner of Sicily. Noto, renowned for its Baroque architecture, is one of the destinations worth exploring during your stay.
