  • Exclusive villa with swimming pool situated in a commanding position, not far from Noto. Nestled in the Sicilian countryside, Casa Tancredi is surrounded by a well-tended garden and large, equipped terraces, offering wonderful, panoramic views over the surrounding landscape and the sea. Recently renovated with great attention to details, the property consists of a main house and a detached annex. Its cosy, welcoming rooms include a kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower in the main house, and a third bedroom with minibar and en-suite shower in the annex. Fully air-conditioned, the villa features Wi-Fi, two smart TVs, two fridges, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The villa is conveniently located just a few minutes’ drive from the baroque towns of the Noto Valley, the unspoiled Vendicari nature reserve and the picturesque seaside resorts of Portopalo di Capo Passero and Marzamemi.
