Gorgeous retreat with wonderful views, attentive staff and a delicious restaurant, it is a very special place that is difficult to leave, even with so much to see and do around the area! The Masseria is now high on my list of places to return to, and next time for a very long stay.

This is an amazing place, beautifully unkept and with such wonderful hospitality to go with it. Easy access to Noto, Ortigia, and even Taormina. A dream get away with the family. Food and wine superb. Tennis court and pool fabulous.

Absolutely stunning pool area and grounds, which were surrounded by an orchard of oranges, lemons, olives and carobs. It was very peaceful. We also enjoyed using the gym and tennis court. The interior decor is very tasteful and contemporary. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful.

Absolutely stunning hotel

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by all the staff with warmth, friendliness and enthusiasm. The concierge made some great recommendations for restaurants and places to park in Nito and Ragusa. They really do enjoy their work and it shows. The property is lovely and the pool is amazing. The location is about half a km from the road so it was peaceful but with places like Noto and Syracuse within an hour, we felt this was the best location out of the 3 areas we stayed in.

Luxury hotel in countryside setting

A luxury boutique hotel, great accommodation -we had a first floor superior room with a small terrace - in lovely grounds, large pool and good views. Location is a bit remote from local towns, the nearest with anything to offer visitors being Noto, 30 mins drive away. The on site restaurant had excellent food but pricey and a limited menu. The main drawback is breakfast -it’s not included in the price, is relatively expensive, and I found it annoying to have to order it all online the previous day/evening, so that it can be delivered to you on a tray at your table at your chosen time. Don’t be late as otherwise your eggs will be cold! Not sure if this is Covid related, but did not encounter this kind of bureaucracy anywhere else in Sicily so assume it’s a management gimmick/ attempt to reduce waste at risk of customer inconvenience. We avoided and went out elsewhere.

Très bel hôtel dans un environnement calme

Très bel emplacement, isolé et à l’écart au milieu des oliviers Magnifique grande piscine, personnel attentionné, très jolie chambre, propre et bien équipée. Seul bémol , le service du petit déjeuner. La réservation et la commande détaillé se font via une application et semblent du coup pratiques et efficace mais en 5 jours nous n’avons jamais eu la totalité de ce que nous avions commandé. Plus surprenant: pas de Nutella (ou produit du même type), ni de thé earl grey ou de confiture aux fruits rouges … certes , ce ne sont que des détails au regard de l’environnement et de la qualité de l’hôtel mais c’est d’autant plus décevant.

très bel établissement.

Très belle Masseria, au sommet d’une colline. Grande chambre, belle piscine, restaurant agréable et bon. Donc, quasi parfait...sauf une erreur importante à notre détriment sur le prix à régler. Erreur assez vite admise et corrigée mais il est très agaçant de devoir vérifier sa note d’hôtel dans un établissement de ce type, comme on le ferait dans une gargote.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this beautifully restored Masseria. Felt welcomed from the start until the end of my stay. The room and other areas were exceptionally clean. Staff were friendly. Dinner was great. Pool setting is stunning. Only disappointment is I didn’t go to the belvedere to view the sunset or sunrise. Next time!

Magnifique hôtel avec grande chambre. Service impeccable et restaurant de haute qualité. L’environnement En campagne est exceptionnel avec plusieurs hectares d’arbres fruitiers et oliviers. À 20 min de Noto et 50 min de Ragusa, site idéal.
