"The room itself was vey luxurious and spacious. The shower room was massive and the jetted tub was the largest we ever had in any hotel room. The staff were friendly. We stayed 2 nights and had our room cleaned after the 1st night. There were supplied toiletires that were provided but the cleaning staff threw them out and didn't replace them. We traveled with 3 people but they only left 2 towels. The bed was so hard that we woke up with sore backs. "

Breakfast was two rice ball bento with a bottle of green tea. Good if you need less that 500 calories. Check-in desk not occupied constantly and non-patrons can access lobby and guest floors easily through elevator or stairwell. "
