Nestled within the pristine K section of Playa Guiones/Nosara, Villa Ola Prana stands as a testament to luxury living in the heart of Costa Rica. This newly constructed haven, completed in the fall of 2023, offers an unparalleled experience with its four bedrooms and four baths, providing an exquisite blend of sophistication and comfort.
As you step into this exclusive retreat, you'll be greeted by the craftsmanship of custom teak wood details adorning every corner. The central courtyard beckons with the gentle murmur of a Spanish-style fountain, creating a serene atmosphere that permeates the entire villa. With retractable doors seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor spaces, the covered living area opens to reveal a saltwater infinity pool, inviting guests to unwind and bask in the tropical ambiance.
Guiones Beach Club, the gated community to which Villa Ola Prana belongs, ensures privacy and security with full-time private personnel. A mere five-minute stroll via the private beach path grants exclusive access to the renowned Guiones Beach, nestled between Baker's Beach entrance and the tide pools.
The open-air central seating area provides a perfect vantage point for enjoying the panoramic views of the pool, wildlife, and the soothing sounds of the ocean. Adjacent to it, a generous Guanacaste dining table, seating eight, offers an idyllic setting for communal meals.
This luxurious haven features two expansive private master suites on the upper level, each offering a retreat of tranquility and comfort. Practical amenities include excellent high-speed internet, a comprehensive security system, laundry facilities, and a 5000L backup water tank. Moreover, a whole-house filtration system ensures access to safe drinking water, providing peace of mind to guests throughout their stay.

For that reason, we’re here to help curate your experience and itinerary to be the best it can be. From booking surf lessons and ATV tours to arranging your rental car or shuttle, to organizing your private chef and massages, we’re here for you.
Security
Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the véry few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your belongings as in any other tourism area). We would like to understand the dynamics of the group, so we can take care of you, put you in the right house and downsize the chance of you having any issues with this. Please feel free to inquire for more information. If not included, the property manager can arrange a dinner guard at an additional cost. The guest is responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables left in and around the Property and for ensuring that all security features available are enabled every time they leave the Property.
Internet and Electricity
In the jungle, the utility infrastructure is unpredictable. There may be power, phone, and/or internet outages and interruptions in service. The Guest should not leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms. There is no guarantee that the Internet will always work. We have an excellent mobile phone signal with Kolbi and data rates are very reasonable. If internet access is always crucial, we encourage you to bring an unlocked phone and get a Kolbi SIM card.
Water
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.
Jungle creatures
We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the Guest's stay. Even though the house is regularly fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see ants, beetles, spiders, and other assorted insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).
Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.
Insurance
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.
