「People loud and fighting in the next room. No calls unanswered in the night about this issue. Screaming kids at the breakfast area and staff should have put a stop to this. More concerns, it appeared that people were coming in to breakfast off the street. Appeared to be very low income with again distracting kids.
Probably will not stay again.
Very convenient for my travels although no control on above issues.」

「I paid $300 more than $300 to stay in a room next to another customer in another room was on drugs and drunk yelling and screaming and swearing and slamming doors all night long until the cops took him out in the middle of the night when I brought it up to the front desk associate he said sorry about that and try to get some sleep which was 7:30 in the morning at that point when I was waking up to leave, I don't know why I was an offered a credit or a refund. 「Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. They answered all my questions and told me everything that was included with my stay. The lobby and hotel in general was very well maintained. It was my first stay and I’ll definitely be back.」

「Check in was tricky as we received no information on how to get into home. Had to contact host upon arrival and wait for response. Parking was also challenging due to location on narrow street. Our stay was in winter with snow on ground. Walkway and steps to home were covered in thick ice making it nearly impossible to get to door. Beware of winter travel. Once inside, the home was cozy, clean and comfortable and we ultimately enjoyed our time there.」
