We stayed at The Black Swan for a short break just as the COVID-19 restrictions were lifted.We would like to thank the management and staff for making our stay so enjoyable. They have with much thought to the safety of themselves and their guests managed to retain a welcoming local country pub atmosphere whilst maintaining the social distancing criteria. The beers are well kept and the food, both the evening meals and breakfasts were very enjoyable. The room we stayed in was well appointed and very clean, in truth the whole building and external spaces were all immaculately kept and tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend a visit to The Black Swan.

On my favourite list

The Black Swan Inn is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are decorated nicely, well maintained and the bed was very comfy. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We didn't have our evening meal in the Black Swan, but breakfast was very nice and cooked to order. I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to Norwich

Would certainly stay again.

I lovely small and friendly inn. The room was fairly small but very clean the bed was super comfortable. I loved the bathroom which was spacious and also spotlessly clean. We ate in the restaurant both for a lunch and a dinner with friends and the service was excellent and the food good. Ample parking and the inn is set in a beautiful village. Overall very pleased and would stay again.

Very pleased with this B+B. A very comfortable, if snug, room with quality furniture, bed linen, towels etc. and en suite. The staff are very helpful and the bonus of a wide range of good food in the restaurant.

A fantastic find

A gorgeous Inn with lovely rooms and great food and staff We had a family room and were extremely pleased with the space , a good sized double bed , a single and trundle bed . If we needed to stay in this area again we would most definitely return!

A little gem of a place.

I would definitely recommend this place. From arrival to departure....... nothing was too much trouble, so accommodating!! The location of the Black Swan Inn is perfect for a stroll around/within the area, a 10 minute car journey into Norwich city and 18 miles from Cromer. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful Stop over

The pub is amazing, great comfy spotless rooms, we stayed in one of the newer rooms just a few months old. The food is great value and well cooked supported by good service. Equally a good was the breakfast selection included in the room rate. I cant rate the pub enough a great family celebration we will certainly be back in the future.
