  • Summary:
    This humble flat is in an incredible location in the heart of city centre. It overlooks a quaint park and gardens right next to the River Yare. It offers straight forward and honest accommodation that doesn't break the bank.

    - Adjacent to gorgeous Norwich University of the Arts and The Playhouse
    - Fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, double bed and a sofa bed.
    - Powerful shower in a modern bathroom
    - Free parking for one vehicle
    - Cozy courtyard garden at rear of the apartment
    - 3 min walk to the best Indian restaurant The Merchants of Spice
    - 7 min walk to Norwich Market

    It doesn’t get more central than this. If you’re looking for a simple flat to explore the city on foot, this could be a great fit.

    It’s a modest and humble flat with simple furnishings and decorations. It has a good bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. This flat has a great view of the park and gardens alongside the river.

    The flat has fast Wi-Fi, an HD TV and an Amazon Fire Stick so you can log into your favourite streaming sites and watch to your heart’s content.

    The Neighborhood:
    Residential area close to river, parks and local attractions.
    Excellent coffee houses nearby on the exotic Magdalen street which is well worth exploring.

    Other Things to Note:
    PLEASE NOTE:

    - The neighbors are sensitive to noise, so if you’re looking to make lots of noise then this flat isn’t for you.
    - There is no TV license at the property so normal TV channels are not available. You can use the Amazon Fire Stick to log into your favorite streaming accounts
    - Unless there is an absolute emergency such as a fire, flood or lost key please communicate via the app in which you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
    - This is to maintain transparency and quality on this platform. Also we have a remote team who help respond to guest complaints via the app.
    The sofa bed is really comfortable however people over 1.8m may find it slightly on the short side.

    Interaction with Guests:
    This property is accessed via self-checkin. We manage a portfolio of properties so unfortunately won't be there to socialize (however much we'd like to meet you)!

Riverside flat

We loved the location near the river and the lively atmosphere. It was just a short walk to the city centre and the Lanes, and we went to some brilliant eateries during our stay.

The location is wonderful! The flat was clean and well kept. The owner was kind enough to let us stay an additional day after I made as mistake about our travel itinerary. The only down side was there were no sheets or blankets for the futon bed which we had to use a couple of times. Other than that, it was a great visit!

Good location but could do with a spruce up.

Needs a paint, a new blind in the kitchen, new bedding and throws. Outside area needs some attention. Would be nice to have some matching glass wear. Good communication with owner. Generous host who provides shampoo, body wash etc.

Great space

This flat is ideal for exploring Norwich. The central location makes ideal for long river walks or exploring the city centre. The flat it’s self is small but has everything you need. The down sides was the rusty door rack on the shower and the glass bottles that held the shower gel ext. with the ceramic shower floor that could be dangerous. I suffer with balance issues so not to drop the bottles I placed them on the floor. We had a lovely stay thank you

Cosy and central

It is a cosy appartment, but I wonder how to pile three people into it. Not to talk about cooking a meal with the existing equipment. There is much room for improvement. The same applies for the findability of the parking space. And if you like to stay out late, you won't hear the loud TV from the upstairs appartment. Overall I liked the appartment, as it is in walking distance to all the cool places.

Nice place Norwich .

Great appt close to city . Couldnt open link to get key out of the key box . Hard to find parking space ( poor directions ), doors hard to lock . unable to connect to wi fi . Took 1.5 hours to get tv working .. Host only by email .Tip . talk to people on the phone.

This property could be so much better!

A nice flat, but it is not maintained to the expected level of cleanliness and is poorly equipped. On arriving, we were greeted by a stale, unpleasant smell. Various areas are really grubby, and there is black mould on the shower tray and some skirting boards. What could be a pretty courtyard garden is very messy and overgrown with weeds, as is the parking space - the car had to be backed into a buddleia bush and nettles! Arrival instructions were well out of date, with no padlock on the parking post. It's in an ideal spot for exploring Norwich and we would return if improvements were made. It's an opportunity missed.

Ideal Location for a City Centre break. Conveniently close to local attractions and amenities.

We were both very pleased with the cleanliness of the flat, together with the essentials that were provided. The location was extremely good and the flat was easy to find. We liked the idea of the comprehensive manual that was provided, which was full of instructions on all aspects of the property. We liked the fact that we received instructive emails prior to arriving, upon arrival (welcoming) and at the end of our stay, but at the same time we were left to enjoy the facilities. We would definitely rent the flat again and would recommend to friends.

This is the title!

The property is in very good shape and well-equipped. I had some technical problems with keys and WiFi at the start but you sorted them out very quickly and patiently. For anybody who wants to be in the city itself the location is excellent. I wondered whether it might be noisy but it wasn’t at all. Pity it doesn’t run to terrestrial TV but I understand why.

Location is Super convenient and the designated parking is a plus. Great communication and available resources within the accommodation. Fantastic value for money and plenty of space for a get away weekend. WOULD CHOOSE THIS OVER ANY BIG BRANDED HOTEL ON MY RETURN TO NORWICH AGAIN!

Perfect!

Really lovely place. I booked the apartment for our engineer to stay in for a week whilst working away. He really enjoyed his stay and loved the accommodation. He has requested this is added to our preferred accommodation list so we use again in the future.

Lovely Place and Location

Was impressed by the great communication with the host, the lovely and quaint part of town it is in (next to the river, greenspace and Norwich Playhouse). The property was simple but had everything you could want. Nice kitchen and bathroom had a nice powerful shower. Access to a cool little garden space was handy also if you wanted to easily pop outside you can. Overall very good value for money!

Great Location

The apartment was well equipped and plenty spacious enough for two . It is located right in the heart of the city and everything is in walking distance. The free parking was a real bonus but once there you can do everything on foot. Norwich is well worth a visit , great buildings, excellent market and plenty of places for food and drink.
