The space is damp and musty. Clean-ish with several things being well within the control of the owner to address - Both the kitchen sink and shower drip. The overhead light doesn't work and there is a lamp with a broken shade. The coffee pot was dirty and the stove has a broken burner. The bath towels weren't clean. The bed is one of the cheapest things I have ever seen and the mattress and pillows are flat, sad, and uncomfortable. We reached out to the property manager who was always responsive, but apparently didn't get our message for 24 hours. We moved out. I sent my feedback to the owner who said I was "just being difficult" and the reasons for the appearance of the space that he provided included - it's old, it's cheap, no one else seems to mind, and the location makes it worth it. The owner passed my feedback on to the property manager who laughed and told me she checked the cottage "That's what you get for 120". She told me she didn't have time for this and "Good Luck". "
