「The property was beautifully decorated and had a lovely view of Lake Sconti, golf green and covered bridge. It felt like we were in a private treehouse with a cozy atmosphere inside. There is delicious food at the Big Canoe Clubhouse, and at nearby restaurants. We enjoyed the Lucky Hare and the Old Mulehouse in Jasper. We'd recommend this property to anyone!」

Did find a few things that led me to believe the cleaning wasn’t the best. We did think about grilling something one night and my husband lifted the grill cover on the deck and quickly put it down and said nope, we’re going out. It was disgustingly gross. 「The Perch Unit 1 did not disappoint. It could not be in a better location to access all the great eats, drinks, and shops in downtown Blue Ridge. ROE Restaurant on the bottom floor was great. When we needed to use the restroom, we took the elevator up to the condo. We will be back.」

「We have been to this property before.We enjoyed ourselves.The only negative is that the owner wasn’t aware that the dish tv wasn’t working so we weren’t able to watch the local channels.He did come out to see what the issue was but we were able to watch Netflix .I would recommend this property and return when available」
