"We had a great (3-nights) stay at Strandhotellet. It is a lovely stylish hotel with a quaint atmosphere, and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We received excellent service and the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming.
Note if you stay during the warmer season: There’s no AC in the room or ventilation in the bathrooms. The room had a small portable fan which we turned on at night: We would have preferred to leave the patio doors open, to experience the ocean breeze but due to...
"This is truly a gemstone - not in terms of fancy- fancy but rather solid, honest 3 Star in a superbly quiet and beautiful atmosphere.
Easy walk to the largely unmolested beach, even easier walk to completely unchanged nature at the backdrop. GREAT breakfast! This to me is a bit like time travelling- in a good way!

"Var blevet op lyst om i telefonen at der var køleskab på værelset. Og det var der IKKE, mega øv. Der var heller ikke synderligt rent på gulvet. Indgangen/ forhallen deles med et værtshus og deres gæster benytter de toiletter i forhallen og der stinker af tis i forhallen. Der kunne godt være et skilt på den af mange døre der føre op til hotellet. Et kort hvor parkering er markeret tydeligt. Lidt positivt var den lækre balkon med læ og eftermiddags sol :-)"
"This place has a certain charm because it is smaller and very relaxed as well as 2 to 4 walk to all the restaurants and even the beach. The town is very special in that it is small but has lots of dining options and is located about 200 meters from the beach. Rooms are smallish but adequate."
"Incroyable. Nous avons choisibcet appartement hôtel un peu par hasard dans notre road trip danois pour visiter le Jutland Nord. Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise de constater que nous logions littéralement dans une oeuvre d'art, elle-même dans un musée à ciel ouvert, lui-même dans un parc de jeux. Absolument incroyable "
"Dejligt ophold hvor man følte sig velkommen. Gammel sygehus som er bygget om og med rigtig god stil. Det var mere et fællesskab end et ophold, slet ikke hotel. Super søde værter! OBS på fælles bad/toliet...men dejligt rent med håndklæder og alt.
Dagen forinden, havde der været koncert i haven.
Mega hyggeligt sted, hvis man ikke er til det traditionelle hotelværelse og er frisk på at møde søde mennesker. "
