「Booked the trip months in advance, paying almost $200 a night. Then the trip came and my step dad found rates at only $100 a night on their website. The room was clean and nice for 2 queen beds, my only complaint about the room was that there was NO microwave. We later found a community one behind the check-in desk at the lobby. It was just very inconvenient since we needed it at least twice a day. Plus, the pool and hot tub were in a completely different building, across the parking lot. ...

「This is a new hotel that is probably trying to reach its sweet spot. It was understaffed (IMHO) and not really fully equipped. They try to tout themselves as "Green" but do not provide containers for recycling cans, glass, paper, etc. Why in the world water glasses are not provided in the rooms I simply could not comprehend. We were told to go downstairs and pick up some paper coffee cups or, if the morning breakfast site was open, we could get plastic. Really? Just how cheap can you be? ...

「Was not advised about construction prior to booking. Breakfast buffet not worth price. No menu items on weekend, eat somewhere else. Noisy room on freeway side and heater loud when turning on. Very convenient location.」

「Lights are on motion sensor so when going to bathroom in middle of night you get blinded. But other than that it was perfect! Comfortable sheets/bedding. Clean and great breakfast!」
