「It’s really nice Two bedroom I just wish it wouldn’t say on the description that it sleeps 6 cause it only sleeps 4 and the extra person fee is double then described on the vrbo app. The trash on the kitchen was full didn’t find where to dispose of it. But it really central located and a beautiful place」

Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. 「My family and another family stayed here during our daughter’s 12 day softball tournament. The house was interesting at first but we adapted quickly. The guests above us didn’t know there was another family staying below so that interaction was awkward, but we became fast friends. The neighborhood on the 4th of July was active and we were able to watch the fireworks from the driveway! 」

The property is close to the Denver area, but far enough away to be peaceful and scenic. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a walking trail in the back of the neighborhood Would definitely stay again. 」
