「Very disappointing experience. We arrived on Friday around 2:30 PM for my son’s college Parents’ Weekend, and from the moment we approached the front desk, the manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping us. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was surprising, especially from someone in a management position. Unfortunately, the room was not much better. The bathtub was extremely dirty, and we even found someone else’s sock left in the room,...

「The room was nice and clean and the nearby restaurant/bar served good food. I would definitely stay here again.」

「I love this hotel! Very quiet and comfortable in the room, especially the bed and its seats are very high quality. The laundry room is also perfectly convenient. The only improvement point is the breakfast. Need any health ones. But personally the egg dish with the salsa was great. I wish I could have fresh salad with them. I am coming back!」

「This property is pretty clean and tidy every time I visit here. Complimentary breakfast is also great fun to visit.」

「The floors in the room were not very clean, and the hallway on the 4th floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.」
