"Expedia sent the wrong address to this property. Of course the property had no help for me when I called to try to find the right place to check in. The property itself was new and clean with a comfortable bed.The road noise in my 2nd floor room was extraordinarily loud and woke me several times despite my noise machine. The white slat blinds only served to amplify the outside lights and glow throughout the room.If you don’t want to sleep in a room with enough light to read by at midnight, bring a sleep mask. Also, the automatic light in the bathroom could not be turned off for more than a few seconds which wouldn’t have been so obnoxious if it didn’t turn on two sets of the brightest lights I have ever encountered in a hotel.i saw spots after a sleepy trip to the bathroom. No cookware despite having a dishwasher, cooktop, and full sized fridge in he room. No coffee. No coffee maker. No toiletries. No Kleenex. No luggage stand. The coffee machine in the lobby offered cappuccino and mocha as well as coffee. It was out of both milk powder and chocolate powder. When I pointed this out to the gal behind the desk, she said, “hm” and turned back to chatting with her coworker. Never did refill them so settled for the instant coffee and ended up throwing it away due to the bitter and tar taste. I will pay a little more and stay somewhere else in the future. It is not worth the savings when I hit the road tired and have to stop first thing and buy coffee. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the most affordable hotel available for me and my kids. It is older, but it had everything we needed: an indoor pool and hot tub, free breakfast (with waffles!), etc. It isn't a five star hotel, but we weren't paying for a five star. It was quiet and the staff were friendly. We would gladly stay here again! "

"Breakfast was BAD Room doors should go to the floor—theres almost an inch gap! Make the room doors close quietly. Seems like the most basic thing to help it be quiet at a place that’s literally made for people to sleep. Bathrooms are great."

"They are currently under construction with some amazing new features coming soon but the construction was no trouble at all. We LOVED it here and plan to make this our new go-to when in the area. My son lives in Park City and this is better than any place I have ever stayed in Park City and 100% worth the easy drive. Staff was so nice. Pools were amazing. Ground were beautiful and the town is so charming. I could live there!"

"We enjoy staying here! The resort does show some age. Our mattress caved in a bit in the middle, sheets are not soft, one of the onsite restaurants is closed, and the other is ok, but not the best food we've had. The onsite bakery is tasty! Staff is always friendly!"
