「Good stay」

「All was good except 1st night person next room was rude and was beating on wall we had a 2 year old so he did run in the room he was excited but it was just for a second and we settled him down but she beat on the wall and scared him but other than that all was good I would book again」

「so so」

「The first room had a broken, stained, and dirty sofa bed, hair on the nightstand, dirty carpet, and curtains that would not close properly. We had to change rooms. The hotel’s water feature smelled unpleasant, and service at the bar was extremely slow. This was not a matter of expecting luxury. The room simply was not clean or properly maintained. A hotel should be able to provide clean furniture, working curtains, and a room that feels ready for guests. This one did not.」
