「Good hotel for price」

「Upon arriving we had a very nice greeting from a younger female ~ very quick and easy checkin with a smile. Room okay. Not the cleanest of rooms. The pool area closed down it’s water slide early due to lack of staffing. Was told it would open first thing in the morning at 8:00. Kids raced down to pool area in the morning only to find out that they wouldn’t be opening the slide until 1:00 pm. Big bummer. We then went to grab a quick bite for breakfast at 9:45. 「The Front Desk attendant was awesome! He was very authentic and genuine and did his job very well. We did have an issue with the air conditioning/heating unit in our room. It was not fixed during our stay. Overall, we will stay again because of the staff!」
