「Wonderful staff, idyllic environment. The complimentary breakfast is certainly nothing special, but it’s nice that it’s available. I quite enjoyed my dinner, and the setting is spectacular.」

「A delightful stone homestay build around the mouth of a cave. Dinner is served inside the cave, breakfast was served in the open reception dining area. Hosts were kind, attentive and accommodating. I absolutely recommend this place!」

「Un lieu magique, piscine incroyable et plusieurs restaurants pour 6 à 8 euros le plat autour, de quoi changer un peu tous les jours. Mais en août l'absence de climatisation se fait sentir et l'inconfort de l'humidité après qu'il ait plu. Sinon, tout était parfait, notamment le personnel à l'écoute. 」

「Very good, the host is very friendly. Would recommend for solo traveler. The bedsheet and bed are clean. There is no en-suite bathroom, but it's understandable considering the value and pricing this place offers. Thank Mrs. Lan for the hearty dinner (I have to travel to another location 800m away). 」

「深夜の飛行機の為、それまでの時間滞在しました。 まずチェックインした時ですがスタッフさんは英語が通じませんでした。 またエレベーターが無いため4階までスーツケースを持って上がるのは非常に大変でした。 他の部屋はガラガラでしたので、低層の部屋等でも空いてたら振り替えてもらいたかったと思います。」

「I Loved my stay at Heartfelt Hideaway. this is such a beautiful Hideaway, the best I've ever stayed in, ever. The manager, Hoa, is exceptionally wonderful. she is so kind, polite, professional. helpful and she organised amazing tours, and she is always smiling. As are all the locals. The food is home made and delicious, and the property is very clean. You must visit this place, it is amazing. I can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you Mrs Hoa and thank you Heartfelt hideaway....
